Violations of the rental contract or violation of traffic laws will void all insurance coverages. Terms not listed under the insurance contract by Honolulu Auto Rentals will not be covered.
You are responsible for notifying and reporting to the police any accident or vehicle damage and an accident report must be issued. Call 911 for emergencies.
Examples of exclusion of coverage:
・Abstention of child/booster/baby seats.
・Accident(s) caused by unauthorized driver(s).
・Driving While Intoxicated・Driving Under the Influence.
・Extended usage of the car without a notice.
・Traffic violations or accidents caused by traffic violations.
