●Cancellation Policy (All in Hawaii Time)
Please email us for cancellations.
Please be advised that cancellations must be made via email.
We do not accept cancellations over the phone.
You can cancel a reservation by emailing us at info@werentacar.com
If you contact us by 6:00 PM between 30 and 7 days prior to the start date of your reservation: 10% of the rental fee
If you contact us after 6:00 p.m. of 7 days prior to the reservation start date and 24 hours prior to the time of use: 30% of the rental fee
If you contact us within 24 hours or less before the reservation: 3-day rental fee or full amount if within 3 days
No-show: Full amount of rental fee
If you know you are going to be late, please call to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
*Please contact us if you will be late for more than an hour. If there is no contact for more than an hour, we will consider it cancellation without notice
●Making reservation the day before departure
Since you may not be able to receive the confirmation, please book with plenty of time.
●Precautions

Normally confirmation email will be delivered within 24 hours. Please note that the car may be fully booked during peak seasons. - If you want a child car seat, please enter the number and age in this field.
- You are only able to pick up a car at our service counters. We do not provide delivery to the hotel.
- The Waikiki service counter is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Departures and returns cannot be made after hours.
●Customers Using Honolulu Airport Office
There is no on-site staff at the airport office. They will be assigned according to the arrival and departure times of customers.
☆ Customers who start renting from the airport office
Please exit from the airport individual passenger exit.
At the exit, our staff will be waiting for you with a signboard with your name on it.
We may not be able to pick you up at the exit if it is too crowded.
If you cannot find our staff, please contact the office. We will let you know where to meet with the driver.
Please use the public phone on the left side of the individual passenger exit and call us at 808-942-4444.
☆ Customers returning a car at the airport office
Please confirm the location of our office at the time of contract.
Please consider the traffic jam and accident troubles upon returning a car; please return it about 2.5 hours before the departure time of the plane.
After returning procedure, we will drive you to the departure terminal of each airline.
●About Drop-off
If the pick-up and return locations are different, a drop-off fee of $40 will be charged additionally.
- However, if you rent the same car for 3 consecutive days or more, it is free.
- The pick-up/return location will be either the Waikiki office or the Honolulu Airport office.
- You cannot drop off at other places.
